Wrap up codes

we are running UCCX 5.0.2 and we are having a problem with the agent wrap up codes. the were working for a while, now that I have added a new application, agents are not seeing wrap up codes for that new application.

There must be something that I have missed in adding a new app;lication

log agents out and in i assume. directory sync? under destop admin.

If you have configured new associated with application, check if the wraup is enabled for new CSQ.
