I have a requirement from a customer for the wrap up data.
the customer require the wrap up data to be a field for the agent to write notes and description about the caller.

As workaround you may try to open some web-page (as a Part of CRM system for example) after the conversation is finished. And Agent may put all the information there.
It looks quite useless to make it as you described: there is no further build-in functionality to analize that custom information.
You need something like CRM to integrate with.
