Hi All,
While creating a Customer Tenant from Webex Partner Control HUB. Unable to find the Contact Center option in the Cisco Webex Partner Hub. Please let me know what could be the issue.

Webex Partner help desk team has mapped the Contact Center option in CH.

Last I heard, the ability to create WxCC trials is limited to a handful of Tier 1 partners. Talk to your Cisco channel team.

Was it something tied to your permission, or would you always have to include them for this type of request?

Hi Bill,
If not mapped by default, we have to request that the Partner Help desk team will add a WxCC option for Partner CH.
How to contact the Webex Contact Center Partner Helpdesk?
The process to contact Webex Contact Center Partner Helpdesk is same as Webex Calling Partner Helpdesk.
