I have migrated a user from uccx 5 to 9.
They use xml files in the script. All the old references for the documents are obviously invalid,as they refence windows files, whereas version 9 is Linux.
I can see that I can use upload wizard to put the scripts, prompts and xml files onto system, but where does it store those files? is their a dir structure like windows. When I setup Variables, I need to pint to certian xml files, can anyone tell me how I reference the ones I uploaded?

Hi,
they are stored in the Document Repository.
It might be hard to imagine it, but it's like a virtual filesystem.
Referencing files living in the Repo is easy. DOC[filename], e.g. DOC[settings.xml].
