Connectivity issue with Amazon CSR (Cisco Router)

Hello Community,

 

I am facing a problem with Cisco router connectivity which is configured in AWS. When we are initiating the trace for Tunnel destination IP address from the router hosted in AWS cloud, the trace is getting dropped in AWS cloud and not even reaching to tunnel gateway router connected to AWS.

When I am trying to initiate traceroute from vendor router to our CSR router which hosted in AWS, the trace is getting dropped in AWS network.

So let me know how can I rectify this type of connectivity issue which help me to fix it.
