Hello
Yesterday I added several new devices to our APIC-EM. They are added to inventory and marked as managed. However I can't see it on Activeadvisor app. I noticed, that number of devices in home screen and CAA app screen is different. Should I manually initiate sync or should it occur automatically? I have APIC-EM Version 1.5.0.1368.and Active Advisor 1.4.3.105.

It can take a day or two to sync up.
We are working to make this a bit faster.
