Abstract
Crosswork HCO opens us to a plethora of options to get quick answers to complex questions. The unique SHQL query language is wrapped in curl and provides answers to questions like which services were impacted by a link failure. What is the actual traffic utilization of LAG members? Why is the LSP suffering from increased latency? Such questions and more are part of troubleshooting workflows. Combined in scripts or workflow engines they can save significant time by bringing up facts that otherwise would take hours to crack. No developer skills are needed, just intuition and a few days of learning. Real use cases will be brought up, along with hands-on sessions.
