CCIE ID Association

Hi,

I wanted to ask about the status of removing association with a company, I can see some posts mentioning that if you remove the association, you will be able to associate your CCIE ID with another company after one year.

is this correct? or was an old rule?

Note: I apologize to post this question here, but I can't find better place, if you know please guide me.

I checked the link you posted, I can't find anything related to my original request

The home page oddly doesn't have an "open a case" button.

But if you type in what you want to do into the search bar of the site (like I did below), it will provide what they think is a helpful link suggestion with the option to also click "open a case".
