Important name changes to our calling and Contact Center solutions

On June 11th at Cisco Live 2019, Cisco is unveiling five new names:

  • Cisco BroadCloud Calling is being renamed to Cisco Webex Calling
  • Cisco Customer Journey Platform is being renamed to Cisco Webex Contact Center
  • Cisco Customer Journey Solutions is being renamed to Cisco Contact Center
  • Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) for Government will be renamed to Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cloud for Government
  • Later in the year, we will announce a new service Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cloud, formerly known internally as Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS) for Critical Infrastructure
Implementation will start now, but roll out over time. We will start to use these names at Cisco Live and in marketing communications. Marketing, technical, and support documentation updates will start immediately and will be implemented over time. The new Cisco UCM Cloud (formerly Critical Infrastructure) offer will be publicly announced later in the year.
