Hello team,
we have a few customers, who still use CSPC collector (similar to CX Cloud agent). However, regardless what type of contract the customer has: SNT, Solution Support, etc. - the CSPC is capable of looking into devices with the mentioned types of contract and providing us with advisories information: field notices, bugs and security advisories.
While CX Cloud will provide you with advisories information if you have at least Success Tracks CX Level 1. If you have something different than Success Tracks like SNT, SS you will not see advisories.
Thus the customers who have CSPC have no motivation to move to a new digital platform, otherwise, they have to overpay for something that they have for free right now.
