There will be partner users who will be helping clients set up CX cloud and CX cloud agent. It would be of great advantage to be able to set up a sandbox environment so that process can be tested.
Backround Info: I have installed the CX Cloud Agent virtual appliance and can only get to the step where a pairing code is generated. I do not have access to any account where I can go into CX cloud and pair this agent, therefore I cannot try out any further steps (like configuration of the agents, seeing the communication in progress, etc.).
It would be great if an account could be created and a test environment set up to allow the CX agent to pair and see what the configuration options are and how the CX cloud agent is working.
