Cisco spa 303 transfer recall

How do I disable a Cisco SPA 303 from doing transfer recall. I have them running in SIP mode off a Mitel system and when the front desk phone transfers a call to a user, it recalls back to the front desk phone if no one answers. Is it possible to disable it? I want the call to go to voicemail if no one answers.

Hi Tim,
Unfortunately, this kind of configuration are not handled by the SPA, you must contact person in charge of the call manager. If you have internal Call Manager contact your IT department or your Voice Over IP service provider.
