Portal Service Libraries

Service Library packs for the Cisco Cloud Portal (CP) and Cisco Workplace Portal (WP) are available as free, unsupported product downloads. These packs provide example services for use to extend the CP and WP to provide broader ITaaS type services. They cover topics like Facilities, Access and Telephony.

Note that they are only available for CP & WP version 9.3.x. If you're running a v9.4 or newer, you can upgrade them yourself. The process is fairly simple, though it is a bit tedious: 1) Install the library on v9.3.x; 2) Upgrade to v9.4 or newer; 3) Export the library
