Cisco IP Phones connecting to Cisco Switch C9300-48U with ver 16.9.4 having latency while doing video calling, whereas voice call are working fine without any issue.

 

Issue happening only when a call is initiated from  Phone connecting to 9300 Switch to Phone connecting to 3850 Switch .

If Both Phones connecting to same Switch i.e. 9300 no issue.

 

Phone Ports / Up Links to Core Ports all Good

Well, lets try understand your issue.

 

While both phone are connected in the same switch like 9300, no issue?  It is the same for 3850?

How both device are connected between? Fiber/Copper?

How is CPU from both devices?

Is there any QoS applied in both box?

Both Switches are connecting to Core using Fiber and I don't see and High CPU and there is no QoS applied, all these IP Phones are at same location.
