This session provides an opportunity to learn and ask questions about Cisco Nexus 7000 Series Switches and FabricPath technology.

 
Cisco Fabricpath technology on the Nexus 7000 switches introduces new capabilities and design options that allow network operators to create Ethernet fabrics that maximize bandwidth availability, provide design flexibility, and simplify and cost-reduce network and application deployment and operation. Fabricpath leverages many of the best characteristics of traditional Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies, combining them into a new control-plane and data-plane implementation that combines the plug-and-play deployment model of a bridge Spanning Tree environment with the stability, re-convergence characteristics, and ability to leverage multiple parallel paths typical of a Layer 3 routed environment. The result is a scalable, flexible, and highly-available Ethernet fabric suitable for the most demanding Data Center environments.

Please I have a cisco nexus 9396tx, on booting up, gives the following error but the unit is okay,what could be wrong,I have been on google but no luck.

there are 2 Nexus7K(2 as vPC+) as well 2 Nexus5K(2 as vPC+) . These  switches be connected via fabricpath.i'  ( see attached file ) 

and i'm running ospf on vlan 200 and vlan 200 mode is fabricpath 

use " layer3 peer-router " on VPC+ in pair 7k and run ospf on all device ( asr and fw and 7k ) 

q 1 : in this design there is no spine ( 5k connect to server and 7k connect to asr and fw ) Is this design valid? 

q 2 :  I could not found any information about running layer3 dynamic routing ( such as ospf ) on vpc+ ? in this case, does ospf work fine in all devices ? and does redundancy work as well ? for example if one 7k fails, does network still work fine ?
