None. If you are looking for cooper connectivity, I would recommend you Nexus 93108TC-FX3P
It has the newest ASIC, higher throughput, higher number of 40G/100G uplink ports, longer lifespan, newer features.
Note: Nexus2348TQ is a FEX (fabric extender), so it cannot run as a standalone switch. It needs a parent switch (nexus 9000) to be able to function.
