When we upgraded our 5K's recently we experienced an issue where the port-profile inheritance was removed and replaced by the port-profile commands minus the VPC ORPAN-PORT SUSPEND command which was also removed from the port-profile configuration. The remediation was very disruptive.
We know that the 9K platform does not support this command under port-profiles but are wondering if it is still supported for the 5500/5600 platform up to version 7.3(7)N1(1b). We are going to be running some tests in our lab but wanted to get the communities feedback.
