Adding to a Zoneset Nexus 5K

Hi 

We have a zoneset configured and activated with 16 zones on our 2 Nexus 5k switches below are 2 examples of our zones,

to add a new zone is it 

1. create device alias

2. create new zone

3. add device alias to new zone.

4.commit changes

Will that do the trick and is it safe to do, and also repeat the process on Nexus 02.

  pwwn 20:02:00:a0:98:64:45:0e [HLD-NETAPP-02_fcoe_LIF_1]

  pwwn 20:00:00:25:b5:74:1a:01 [HLD-ESX02_HBA1]

Thanks for that what I dont see in there is if I can safely add a new zone to an existing zoneset any ideas ??
