Cisco catalyst 9000 series VXLAN Spine role

Hi Guys, is there anyone here who knows about supporting of VXLAN features on Cisco catalyst 9300 and 9500. The below questions about VXLAN in Catalyst 9000 which I couldn't find on Cisco docs and Feature navigator tool, but in some docs I find it, I got confused. so I don't know whether it supports completely or not.

Can I Configure the cisco catalyst 9000 Series as Spine role in Leaf Spine architect?  I want to run below features on it .

MP-BGP evpn route reflector

PIM bidir anycast RP

Do Cisco CAT 9500 and 9300 support the MP-BGP Route-Reflector server of EVPN Route-Reflector (overlay network)? 

Do Cisco CAT 9500 and 9300 support Border Leaf functionality to redistribute routes from external networks to VXLAN internal Networks?

Check this config guide. There is support for VXLAN EVPN but there are quite some limitations:

Because of the discrepancy in supported features, I would not recommend mixing Catalysts and Nexus switches in a vxlan fabric.
