Looks like a hardware related failure. I would open a TAC case for further diagnosis.

I moved all cables to another module.

But now I am having problems with my VPCS:

%ETH_PORT_CHANNEL-3-COMPAT_CHECK_FAILURE: Module Type Incompatible is not compatible

What can be  Incompatible type module ? his number ?

Thanks

What platform? It's possible because you have vPC member ports on different line cards this is triggering the vPC consistency failure.

Are you able to provide the following out?

show vpc consistency-p int port-channel X <<----- where X is one of the vPC's

Regards,

Jason L.

Are you trying to do a vPC between 2 different line cards ?
