I have EVPN Multi-Site design between three data centers each DC with AS that different from other DC
first:why we need to create full mesh neighbor ship in eBGP not iBGP between all VTEP that located in each spine
Second:is there any what to create a redundant in route-server in eBGP if one fails the other takes the lead
