Faults Alarm on USC Manager

Hello,

I got a Faults event with Major Severity on UCS manager as below figure. And currently management plan is active on switch-B. I've tried to find some solutions with faults code, but no luck to find any solution yet. Anyone know where should I figure-out what is the problem? Or any advise please!!

High chances that the FI file system has been corrupted. Boot drive becomes ext2 from ext3

Same can be checked and fixed using debug plugin (blkid / tune2fs)....

Please get in touch with Cisco TAC.. debug plugin must be used by Cisco TAC only ... it is a very sensitive tool... downtime will be required for this activity...
