Firmware (NX-OS) Upgradation for N9K series switches

Is there any way where I can avoid downtime (Zero Downtime) for Data traffic while upgrading Firmware / NX-OS  of Nexus 9300 Series switches?

The answer is yes and no, it depends from which version to which version.
If you're in issu guidelines/restrictions then yes otherwise you'll need to expect some downtime (even a small downtime).
