Howdy,
If you haven't found a configuration reference guide yet for VxLAN, I would check this out. This guide has many different versions that relate to NX-OS code versions. If you know the NX-OS version you are wanting to run in your environment, I would recommend looking for the corresponding VxLAN configuration guide.
