N7010 - %L2FM-5-L2FM_CFS_SEND_FAILED: cfs send failed

One of my core Nexus 7010 switches, which is connected via vPC, is generating the log ‘%L2FM-5-L2FM_CFS_SEND_FAILED: cfs send failed’ approximately 10-15 times per second. This is causing issues across the entire network, including access losses. Is there anyone who knows why this is happening and can help?

                           This bug report has a status Terminated which means that Cisco decided not to fix the bug.
                           However it is also 7 years old; in that context ; also look at the current software version
                           on the nexus devices. Consider using latest advisory , especially if you are on an older
                           or very old version.   Invoke TAC , if desired
