nexus 1000v could not load image: corrupted image

Hi

I am dual VM with version - version 4.2(1)SV2(2.1a

i have had a failure of one of the VSM with the following error

switch(boot)#

if i issues load bootflash:

it returns the error could not load image: corrupted image.

what is the fastest way to get this working again, do i deploy another VSM and then join it back to cluster?
