Nexus 3k totally stuffed - Help?

I have a pair of C3064PQ's.

I went through the upgrade process from ver6 to ver7.  The software took, but there were some issues, initially the switches just booting to the loader, then when fully booted not allowing password.  A bit of faffing later, and an admin password reset, and all working fine even after reboot.  These were then powered off and left for a few weeks.

Next installed and powered up ,back to the original fault of the loader prompt.  What's worse is after forced OS boot, also won't let me in with password.  Tried password recovered, and this failed, 3 times.  write erase from kickstart and reboot, this didn't appear to erase the config.  Tried to downgrade the OS, still failed.  Tried a filesystem check, which wiped everything.

I now have 6.0.2.U6.9 kickstart and software on the bootflash, but that's all, and I'm still unable to boot the things.  Now if I try to boot kickstart I just get a bootcycle back to the loader prompt.

I've detested Nexus since they first appeared on the market for these very reasons.

How do I recover (Ideally to suggested v7) from the loader?  There must be someway for me to do this.

Initial fail messages were

Login incorrect
ERROR: ld.so: object '/isan/lib/libnxoscustom.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot be preloaded: ignored.

Then after trying downgrade this

switch(boot)# load n3000-uk9.6.0.2.U6.7.bin
Loading System Software Mon Dec 16 11:59:03 GMT 2019

INIT: Switching to runlevel: 3

trying to remove old upgrade after downgrade

switch(boot)# delete bootflash:nxos.7.0.3.I7.4.bin
sudo: unknown defaults entry `secure_path' referenced near line 12
>>> sudoers file: syntax error, line 276 <<<
sudo: parse error in /etc/sudoers near line 11

after filecheck I was left with this

switch(boot)# dir

Usage for bootflash: filesystem
129728512 bytes used

After TFTP i've managed to get software on, but booting just reboots back to loader

loader> dir

Hi there,

From what 6.x to what 7.x did you go to? 6.0(2)U6(7) to 7.0(3)I7(4)? Did you do this directly (meaning, no intermediate images were used)?
