Nexus 56128p module install

Hi everyone, 

I am planning to install some nexus 56128p modules in our nexus 5600 switches.

Are these modules plug and play? or do i need to follow specific install instructions?

Hi wee_g2004,

The Nexus 5600 modules are hot swappable, the only exception that I am aware is if it's a L3 module. 

This are the instructions:

But they are just common sense, it should be plug and play. 

After you install the module you can check the status with the command show module. If the module does not turn on automatically you can execute the command no poweroff module "X".
