   I have seen the following two processes using a large number of CPUs..

Nexus_7K# show processes cpu mod 2

CPU utilization for five seconds: 83%/1%; one minute: 90%; five minutes: 89%

NFP = netflow process

Lamira_usd = process in charge of L3 forwarding engine (FE which is called Lamira).

To me it looks like you have intensive netflow activity on the line card. Did something changed recently? What is the LC CPU baseline? It might be just expected based on the flow passing through the line card.
