I feel like I am missing a step, and could use some help.
i have a 4948 switch and the nexus 5020. There is a truck port between both of them which is up. Vlan 1 is also working between both switches, but when I put one of the ports on the nexus to a different vlan it goes inactive. I have a vlan 30 created on both switches.
Fixed.. for some reason the vlan xx in conf t, didn't write it to the config somehow. It works now
