replace supervisor 1 with supervisor 4 in MDS9710

I have an MDS9710 and we are going to replace supervisors 1 (DS-X97-SF1-K9) with supervisors 4 (DS-X97-SF4-K9). The question is if a new license is required for this replacement?

No licenses required. All your licenses will be retained and carry forward to new supervisor module in same chassis. Licenses are assigned to switch, not to components.
