Replacing older 3560 with some new L3 SW

Hello,

I am looking for a layer 3 switch with parameters:

1gbit 24-ports

4x10gbit uplinks with spf+

price under 10k (€)

What i found is 3650, there are some models which are fine, also i found some 9300 series.... If there will be not very big money gab between 24 and 48 ports i will take 48 port sw. 

i am asking for your help, if you don't know some tips for me. i hear that, there are switches with multithreading processors, which are a lot of better and faster, and also with broadcom ethernet ports, which are cheaper then intel ?

The switch and price depend on your requirements. I would say a 2960X, Cat 9300 will also come up in the 10K mark.
