Hello Experts,
We are unable to log in to the Cisco Nexus 9k switch. Getting below error message. Tried the console port as well and still got the same error. There were no changes to this switch. Any clue would really help.

It's a bug in the NX-OS 7.0.3.

I think this could be due to broken firmware file, can you try to load a different NX-OS from the loader prompt at boot stage? Or perhaps boot a new image from an USB stick?
Have you ever exposed the device to security risks of unauthorized outside access?
