Using vPC with the new Nexus 5K Code?

Any issues using vPC with the 5K that is supported on the latest code with the 1000v?  That way I don't have to use vPC-HM.

Nope,

You can configure VPC on the upstream switch and then just configure the server NICs as 1 port channel.  This applies to both the Nexus 5000 and the Nexus 7000.
