vpc in Vxlan fabric connectivity issue

Hi all

In VXLAN BGP Evpn fabric which it's leafs are vpc configured...when we upgrade one of the switches and it reboots the traffic to the servers are fine and there is no problem , at the moment of re-enabling downlinks on the upgraded switch, we lose connectivity to server about 12 seconds and after that it will be ok.

i tuned the timers like delay-restore and nve hold-down time in vpc to let every thing converged then enabling downlinks.

actually my question is there is no way to make this connectivity issues from 12 seconds to 0? any ideas?

here is the timers that i changed

vpc delay restore 180s

nve hold-down 210s

So you have vPC Nexus as leaf

You upgrade one and then upgrade other and you face this issue?
