I have vPC peer link port-channel between two N9Ks. The current port-channel has a 'no buffer-boost' command due to 40G line-card requirement. When I created the port channel on this line card and applied the command it created a small downtime and all vpc links went down for almost 30 seconds. Now I have to revert the old config and move back to the old vPC peer config without the 'no buffer-boost'.
I suspect that there will be another downtime when I revert to the old config. Is there a way to make sure that there is no downtime when vpc peer-link config is chnaged.
