xl license for m3 linecards

hi,

Do you need the XL Scalable Feature License in order to do 1M routes on the N7K M3 linecards?

I can see on the datasheet for the M2 cards that the XL license is mentioned, but it is not mentioned on the datasheet for the M3 linecards.
