Zero Downtime Design & Deployment of Nexus switch (N3k) from stack of WS-C3750X-48T-E catalyst switch

We have single point of failure in our core network - stack of WS-C3750X-48T-E & we are planning to migrate it with pair of N3K & I'm new to Nexus, so I want the information how I can achieve this in zero downtime without affecting the real time production traffic.
