This video is not officially supported and is only released to help customers through common issues with install and as a base for information. This begins the 101/102 series in which we will look at many different components in TEO and how they can be used.

Content is complete and replicated my past experience when installing TEO in a development environment as well as on multiple production servers. The only complaint, the quality of the video in full screen mode is poor, in the reduced window it is too small to read.

This type of video would be very helpful if it could be available with the release of the product/CU. All videos are helpful in training people new to TEO.

yeah I know the video quality has been sub par. I'm trying to figure out what to do to increase it. These are divx files that look great when we play them from our share drives, but not so much when I upload and the cisco servers shrink/encode them. I'll see what I can do
