- The structure for General Presales has changed for FY21. There will now be a single PID per Region, with a task and activities for each Theater (excluding TTG). TTG should log hours to the applicable theater. Please ensure that all General Presales hours are logged to the new PIDs listed below, effective immediately:
- CX General Presales PID – Americas: 942998
- CX General Presales PID – APJC: 942974
- CX General Presales PID – EMEAR: 942917
