Use of Delivery Collaboration Portal (dcp.cisco.com)
Use of Cisco’s Delivery Collaboration Portal (hereafter referred to as DCP) is governed by the below Terms of Use and the Cisco.com Terms & Conditions, as well as additional policies mandated by Cisco Services. Please read and agree, before continuing into DCP.
Files stored in DCP are classified as ‘Cisco Highly Confidential’, which is defined as highly sensitive information critical to ongoing operations of Cisco and/or its customers/partners. You may access or attempt to access only those files to which you have appropriate permissions.
Passwords, Security, and Use of DCP via Handheld Devices
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your passwords and login credentials, including those of individual users within your organization; be sure your organization terminates credentials of former colleagues who have left your organization. Handheld devices from which DCP is being accessed need to have appropriate security controls enabled to prevent unauthorized people from accessing the data on your device, including in case of loss or the device being stolen. Mobile devices should be running the most recent secure version of the Operating System (OS), should be non-jail broken and care needs to be taken when downloading apps to prevent malware from infecting the device and compromising the data stored on them.
Posting Guidelines for Discussions in DCP
While participating in discussions (via the Discussions feature) in DCP, please observe proper netiquette. Please use this feature strictly for discussions pertaining to the content item in question. Please obtain permission before posting copyrighted information and give credit to third parties. Please do not post anything that includes another user's personal information and be professional and respectful at all times.
Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions implies you have read and understood them and agree to abide by them. Violation of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions may result in disciplinary action up to revocation of system access.
Cisco reserves the right to modify or eliminate any or all parts of these Terms and Conditions.
You'd be invited again to accept these Terms and Conditions once per year as well as when there are materially significant updates to them.
