Make the most of your Cisco Live experience and step out of your comfort zone!

My confession: I'm not great at small talk, in fact I tend to shy away from group events. However with Cisco Live fast approaching and all the great, supportive activities offered, I decided this year will be different. I'm going to turn over a new leaf, make a change, and network with other women in tech. There's never been a better time to make a change and this year - I'm in!

Won't You Join Me?

Check out some event highlights I've added to my schedule:

  • DevNet Women in Tech Coffee Reception: Grab coffee with Susie Wee (CTO of Cisco DevNet) and Adrianna Gascoinge (CEO and Founder of Girls in Tech) for a causal meet and greet and short talk about DevNet and the tech skills of the future. Tours of the DevNet Zone will follow. Mark your calendar: Tuesday, July 12, 7:30am.
  • DevNet Women in Tech Do-er’s Workshop on Sunday July 10th is two half-day sessions. If you’re a woman who has never coded before, a rusty coder, or an experienced software coder that wants to take it to the next level, join us! Bring your laptop and get ready to dig in. Don’t delay - space is limited! Invitation directly from Susie Wee!

In addition, don’t miss these great sessions available in the DevNet Zone.

Looking for more? Check out the Cisco Empowered Women's Network. Hearing first-hand how other women have embraced change and their inspirational ideas how we can join together to make a difference inspires me. It inspires me to the point of stepping out of my comfort zone, to be present, and to meet you. Come say hi, can't wait to meet you! @jlkratky
