Change fields on the line and device on the CUCM

Hello.

Is it possible to change fields (Description, Alerting Name, ASCII Alerting Name, Display (Caller ID), ASCII Display (Caller ID) on a device and line without a web admin interface?

We want to transfer the name change functionality on the phone to the first support line.

But we do not want to give them administrator access.
Are there ways to change these fields by API or something else?
