Cisco UCCX data to be strored per application level

Hi,

I want to store data which wont change over time. In that case, is it mandatory to hit Configuration or DB for every call?. Is there way to store configuration data to application level in UCCX script? Reading huge configuration during every call seems to be heavy load . Is there anyway to read the data and store in UCCX scripts for using it in every call till the configuration changes?

Please suggest your thinking on this. In CVP we have application data and global data to store such values. Similarly, what are the possibilities in cisco UCCX.

Anyone have idea on how to store configuration data rather than loading these information for every call. Can we use session for this purpose. What conditions we would use session data.  Whoever having some idea in this please highlight.
