How can I route call to DID number (port) using CURRI?

I have created a Cisco Unified Route Request Interface, which can intercept a call request and validate the call request and return the action (Allow/Deny/Redirect) to UCM.

I have tried to redirect call from one number (10 digit) to another number (10 digit), it works fine.

But I want to redirect a call from one number (10 digit) to a port given. I am unable to achieve it.

How can I achieve it?
