HI ,
I am trying to integrate the Nuance dialog Module with CVP.
The approach I am following is
CVP --->(calls) SubdialogInvoke --->(calls) VXML page--->(calls)NDM controller through vxml sub dialog tag.
Currently call traversing to dialogue module and it is taking the speech and recognizing the name that is being spelt.
after taking the input call hangs up.
I am attaching the logs
1.NDM nametraceLog,
2.gateway VXML debug logs,
3.NDM tomcat logs
4.VXML that is being called from CVP.
I am unable to figure out where is the call failing,
how to return the value back to CVP.
Is the above mentioned approach current? If not please suggest how to integrate NDM with the CVP.
