Making Changes to User Interface in Prime Infrastructure 3 / Jabber

Hello fellow developers,

I am currently investigating the possibilities of making changes to the Graphical User Interfaces of both Prime Infrastructure and Cisco Jabber Applications. Such changes include adding Customer Logos / Company Names within the interface to give prospective clients "A sense of home" when they use their deployments. Does anyone have an idea of the possibility of accomplishing this and if so, can you guide me in the direction to learning about how to get this done?
