Multiple TSP connections sharing the same application account

Hello,

Do you guys know if it's acceptable or recommended to use the same application account for different TSP connections across different workstations?

We use a third party attendance console that relies on TSP to control the phone and see the status of other devices. On all of the workstations using this attendance console software we have TSP installed.

All of those TSP connections use the same application account in call manager and they are all pointing to the same CUCM node IP. There are about 30+ workstations using this software. This usually works fine except when there's a network outage causing several phones to unregister. Once everything is back up and all of the phones are registered, that node handling the TSP connection stops handling TSP requests. We need to repoint the TSP settings to a different call manager node or wait about one hour for that node to have a CTI coredump. THat CUCM node only handles TSP and AXL requests. We have built a new node just in case there was an issue with the other node and both do the same.

We are not sure if we are causing the instability by using the same application account for all TSP connections and if this would become more stable if we use a specific account per TSP connection.

Thanks

So it looks like we have more than 100 computers using TSP with the same application user. That's more than we thought. Is there a way to know if we are reaching a limit?
