NB API - CgmeshOutage method

Hi all,

We have subscribed to the subscribeForCgmeshOutage method Event API described in the NB API webservice guide, but on powering down the meters we are not receiving power down notifications being pushed to our webserice.

CGNMS 2.1.2

CGMESH firmware 5.5.79

If we subscribe to the "subscribeForEvents" method we do receive the power outage notifications.

So the questions are:

     What is the difference between the methods "subscribeForEvents" & "subscribeForCgmeshOutage"

     What events delivered from the meter constitute a "CgmeshOutage"
