Purchased VIRL but received no download link

I just recently purchased VIRL but I still got no email with download link. I already raised a support ticket but no updates yet. Appreciate any help on this

you need to download VIRL from Cisco software downloads sections.

Yes I can access the link, but it says the following. I think I mistakenly
changed it when I did the purchase.
